Susan is a Co-Founder and President of Integrated Community Holistic Care (ICHCare). With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise across home healthcare, skilled and long-term care, acute care settings, and leadership roles in healthcare management. 

Having spent decades supporting individuals during acute and chronic stages of illness, Susan recognized that mitigating community health disparities required a proactive, holistic approach that considers the whole person. This insight inspired her involvement in various community initiatives, such as church events, food and clothing donation drives, and resource distribution efforts. 

Extensive experience in leading teams, managing complex healthcare systems, and driving organizational goals with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness. Experienced in implementing evidence-based practices, standardizing clinical processes, and ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
