The ICHCare Workforce Development Initiative expands access to practical education, career preparation, and pathways to meaningful employment. Its primary program is the <\/span>Nursing <\/span>Assistant<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>Long-Term Care Program, offered through the <\/span>ICHCare<\/span> Workforce Training Center. This hands-on program prepares students with the knowledge, clinical<\/span> skills, and professional readiness needed to pursue Florida CNA certification, enter the healthcare workforce, and build a foundation for future career advancement. ICHCare<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Triple-H<\/span> (<\/span>Heart<\/span>.<\/span>Health<\/span>.<\/span>Hope<\/span>)<\/span><\/span> <\/span>Community Wellness and Youth Development Initiative promotes healthier individuals, stronger families, and more resilient communities through prevention, physical activity, health education, nutrition awareness, and community engagement. Through programs such as the <\/span><\/span>Triple<\/span>–<\/span>H 5K Run & Walk,<\/span><\/span> the initiative brings people together to encourage healthy lifestyles while expanding access to practical wellness information and supportive resources. Triple<\/span>–<\/span>H also creates opportunities for youth to <\/span>participate<\/span> in service, leadership, and community-based activities that develop confidence, responsibility, teamwork, resilience, and a commitment to helping others. Our mission is transformed into meaningful action. Through ongoing outreach initiatives, we create welcoming and supportive environments where individuals and families can access health education, preventive screenings, wellness activities, community resources, and compassionate support. We also promote youth and family engagement through opportunities that encourage service, leadership, physical activity, personal growth, and stronger community connections.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Working alongside healthcare providers, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, businesses, volunteers, and other community partners, we respond to identified needs and help reduce barriers to information and support. The <\/span><\/span>ICHCare<\/span> Career Launch Lab<\/span><\/span> is an emerging youth workforce development initiative of the <\/span>ICHCare<\/span> Workforce Training Center. It <\/span>will be<\/span> designed to prepare underserved young people for employment, leadership, and long-term career growth through career-readiness training, mentorship, digital literacy, service-centered leadership, and supervised work-based learning.
