WHY CHOOSE IWTC

COMPASSIONATE CARE

Learn to see the person, not simply the task. Care with dignity, attentiveness, and respect.

PRACTICAL LEARNING

Build essential nursing assistant skills through classroom instruction, skills practice, and clinical preparation.

SUPPORTIVE EXPERIENCE

Learn in an environment designed to help you develop competence, confidence, professionalism, and readiness.

APPROVED PROGRAM

Licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida Department of Education.
Approved by the Florida Board of Nursing.

More Than a Patient. A Person of Immeasurable Worth.

When an IWTC-trained nursing assistant looks at the person in their care, we want them to see more than a patient. We want them to recognize a human life of immeasurable value: someone who is loved, someone who matters, and someone who has been entrusted to their care.

That understanding changes how care is given. It means approaching every person with attentiveness, tenderness, dignity, respect, and responsibility. At IWTC, technical skill matters deeply, but skill is not enough. We are preparing nursing assistants to use competent hands while never losing sight of the human being before them.

Competence teaches the hands. Confidence prepares the professional. Compassion sees the person. Purpose reminds us why the work matters.

The IWTC Difference

What we intentionally build into the learning experience.

Person-Centered Philosophy

Training begins with a simple conviction: every person matters. Students learn to connect technical care with dignity, compassion, and respect.

Hands-On Preparation

The program emphasizes practice, skill development, and preparation for the realities of nursing assistant care.

Purpose With Professionalism

Students are expected to understand not only what to do, but why safe, ethical, respectful care matters.

Confidence Grounded in Competence

IWTC aims to develop confidence through knowledge, practice, professional standards, and preparation, not through promises.

Community-Centered Mission

IWTC is part of ICHCare's broader commitment to strengthening people and communities through education, health, and opportunity.

Build a Strong Foundation in Patient Care

Nursing assistant training can provide valuable frontline patient-care experience and help you better understand the healthcare environment. For students who later choose to pursue additional education or other healthcare roles, the knowledge, discipline, communication skills, and patient-care experience developed here can become part of that future journey.

IWTC does not imply that this Nursing Assistant program provides LPN, RN, or other professional nursing credentials. Any future educational pathway requires separate admission, education, and credentialing requirements.

Tuition & Payment Options

We want prospective students to understand the financial commitment before they enroll. IWTC offers clear tuition information and flexible, interest-free payment arrangements where available under current institutional policy. Admissions will explain the approved program cost, payment schedule, due dates, refund provisions, and enrollment obligations before you commit.

Are You Ready to Apply?

The Nursing Assistant program is intended for applicants who meet IWTC's current admissions requirements. Before submitting an application, prospective students should be prepared to provide the documentation required by the institution.
